Ten modules by fourteen test surfaces, read from their own repositories: which tests each build could carry when it shipped, where each kind of test first appeared, and a link from every filled cell to the file it names. An empty cell is a fact about what a build carried, never a debt.
BI Leadership / Operating Model
How I would run a data, analytics and automation team inside a medical device quality organization: principles set in stone, methods adjustable, and every practice carrying a proof, a test and a mark. A scenario, not a record.
Analytics Validation / Playbook
How can you be confident in code you did not read or write in full? One invented dispatch rule, a known answer specified before the code, and four experiments that run a real SQL query in your browser and show what a check adds to reading.

Medical Device Quality Analytics
A forecast of FDA device reports three months ahead for one cardiovascular product code, with an explicit range that held in 20 of 22 locked-test months. Counts of reports, never rates, and no firm named anywhere. Public openFDA data.

Revenue Operations Analytics
What a customer is contracted for and what they are billable for are different numbers. Three asymmetric timing rules keep them apart for up to a year with nothing erroring. Derived twice, by two engines written to be different, agreeing on every cell. Synthetic data throughout.
Legal Operations Analytics
A bankruptcy research database, a public court docket and two task-code vocabularies: three sources, three owners, none sharing an identifier. A stated rule resolves what it can, and the rest is published with a reason, not dropped. Reported at its actual state.
Legal Operations Analytics
Eleven million public federal civil case records, frozen and hash-verified, modelled into certified legal-operations measures. Then a scheduled pipeline that re-asserts its own invariants twice a day, reconciles against the frozen baseline, and publishes the failures.
Supply Chain / Distribution-Centre Governance
Three fill rates computed from one dataset, why they disagree, and the split-shipment cost that none of them measures. One definition certified, the leak priced, and six negative controls that all trip, published next to the real result. Synthetic data, anchored to public sources.
Pricing Governance / Financial Analytics
Pricing governance and margin leakage: a governed agreement register, a documented matching rule, and an exception report you calibrate before you automate. A contested quote line that survives three tiebreaks is a data defect, not a judgment call. Synthetic data.
Financial Analytics
An executive close pack built from FormFactor's GAAP financials as filed in SEC EDGAR XBRL: real filings, conformed in Python and SQLite and rendered as static ECharts, with the XBRL tags governing what each figure is allowed to mean.
BI Leadership / Metric Governance
A 24-week program design for moving an organization off legacy BI and onto a governed, AI-assisted platform, with a certified metric layer at the center. A design, not a build.
Healthcare / Staffing Marketplace Analytics
Contingent-labor economics for U.S. nursing facilities on real CMS payroll data, with a certified-metric governance layer. A local SQL Server star schema, a Python staging layer with suppression flags rather than zero-fill, and a Power BI import model.
Healthcare / Pharmacy Analytics
GLP-1 drug spend growth and immunization coverage on real CMS Part D and CDC VaxView data. Messy public data cleaned in a staging layer, suppression flags rather than zero-fill, and the result surfaced in Power BI.
Manufacturing Analytics
Predictive maintenance and OEE analytics on a simulated MES and NASA C-MAPSS data. The full enterprise pattern: a SQL Server star schema into a Microsoft Fabric medallion lakehouse, surfaced through a Power BI Direct Lake semantic model.
Retail Analytics
Retail and ecommerce analytics for an apparel scenario, with customer segmentation as the headline skill. Stack and data not yet chosen.

Process design · A working system
A job search mapped as a working process: Stage-Gate for structure, BPMN swimlanes for who does what, and a plan-do-check-act loop inside every interview round. Two phases, five lanes, and two keys at every interview gate.
Mathematics · A pet project
Not an analytics module: a short mathematics paper. The number of ways n children can take sides against each other, with the rest uninvolved, is (3n − 2·2n + 1)/2, the Stirling number S(n+1, 3). Of the 25 ways four children can, 6 are one against one; of the 3,025 ways eight children can, 28 are.
